Castaing duck foie gras is made in “old-fashioned way” from Free Range ducks and therefore characterized by a homogeneous beige colour and a round and frank flavour. Respecting the original texture, foie gras is seasoned by hand exclusively with salt and pepper previously selected and sprinkled just in the last minute, so you can feel all the aromas. Slowly cooked in its container, it exudes a little golden grease and its corn colour.
