Any orders made on the website will be delivered during the timeslot that you select during checkout. This can be on the same day or any of the next days depending on your preference
1-hour timeslots are available within Phnom Penh. If you have a flexible schedule, select 4-hour timeslots or full day. In provinces it is only possible to select the day. If you need any changes or would like the delivery on a more specific time, reach out to us.

Our service is available from Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 8pm

Order before 2pm for same-day delivery.

Look for products labeled "GET IT TODAY". If some items in your cart are not eligible, you can not get your order today. Simply delete it from your cart to have access to the same day delivery

Any orders made on Delishop Express will be delivered as soon as possible, it will depend of the shop you have selected but mostly between 45 and 60mn.

The Delishop delivery team or our province partners will bring your order at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment, please make sure we can get into the building.

You can authorize someone else to receive your order (building management, neighbor, security…). In such case, leave a comment on your order or reach out to us

If something happens on our side, forcing us to postpone the chosen delivery date and/or time, a customer service representative will call you.

We deliver nationwide using national carriers. During checkout, select your address and choose Door-to-Door or Bus Pickup.
If you order fresh or frozen products, we will carefully place them in a foam box with blocks of ice. However, we do not recommend this option as, once passed to our third-party carriers, your package is no longer under our supervision.

Additional fees may occur depending on the number of boxes used to pack your order (average $2.5 per box)

All orders with Province delivery are being packed and send through our carriers in the afternoon.
The packages generally arrive the following morning (may vary depending on your location).

We accept only online payment during checkout as carriers do not offer payment on delivery as an option.

Fixed fee: $4.50
If any additional charge occurs due to large or heavy package, an extra fee will be communicated to you by our customer service team.
