Sampan Cellar Series opens the ball of old rums of the Indochina Distillery. The aromatic structure of its white rums is now nuanced by the barrel. Its frank and fruity nose opens with notes of candied apricots and vanilla. Some citrus fruits are revealed on aeration. The ample and gourmet palate confirms the aromas of the nose and reveals more pastry flavors supported by sweet spices."
