How to make: Green curry 1. Place a pan on the stove, add 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk and the chili paste in this packet. Stir-fry until the coconut milk separates. 2. Add 250 g of chopped beef or chicken into the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water and bring to a boil. If you want the curry to be sweet and rich, replace the water with coconut milk or milk. 3. Add eggplant, basil leaves, lime leaves and chili peppers. 4. Add fish sauce, season to taste. When boiling, remove from heat.
